The transforming power of emotion: changing emotion with emotion
As part of the Swiss National Science Foundation Scientific Workshop «Change in Emotion in Psychotherapy», this special public event will feature Professor Leslie Greenberg, Ph.D., a leading expert in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
In this free and open-to-all conference, Prof. Greenberg will present a transdiagnostic and transtheoretical perspective on working with emotions in psychotherapy. He will explore how emotional change is key to lasting therapeutic outcomes, emphasizing the transformation of maladaptive emotions such as fear, sadness, and shame through adaptive emotional experiences.

Emotion Revolution is an international psychotherapy congress, initiated by the Institutt for Psykologisk Rådgivning in Bergen, Norway. The next conference is in Bergen, Norway April 23 - 25 in 2025!

Die isEFT Konferenz & Trainer Meeting 2023 in Porto war wunderbar. Die Schweiz war mit 4 Ausbildner:innen und 12 Supervisor:innen sehr gut vertreten, weltweit hat kein Institut mehr Ausbildner:innen / Supervisor:innen als die Schweiz. Es war schön, so viel Zeit mit den assoziierten Ausbildner:innen und Supervisor:innen aus der deutsch- und französischsprachigen Schweiz zu verbringen.
